Anointed Teacher/Speaker Lady Debra Rubin is a native of Memphis, TN and proud wife to the powerful sought-out preacher Shulton Rubin I, she is the mother of four beautiful children Shulton II (wife, Toni), Shermane (husband, Donte), Aresenio(deceased) and Jeremiah who all reside in Memphis and active in ministry. Lady Rubin was born November 24, 1959 she is third out of eleven children to Mr. Horace and Lula Fitzgerald-Carpenter.
On August 13, 1976 she married Shulton Rubin I and became a member of New Salem Missionary Baptist Church Lady under the leadership of Frank E. Ray. Rubin taught children’s new membership classes, children’sVBS classes, and along with her husband marriage classes in early 2000, while devoting her voice in the choir. Currently, she teaches New Membership classes at New Jeremiah and the church’s Sunday School Intermediate class. Lady Rubin is the founder of New Jeremiah’s Woman of Faith Ministry, a ministry focused on dealing with the total woman, healing, empowering and bonds of friendship between women of God.
Lady Rubin a woman after God’s own heart as sometimes referred to, loves sharing the Word of God. She can be heard at many times quoting her favorite scripture “I will bless the Lord at all times, his praise shall continually be in my mouth”... and “Humble yourself under the mighty hand of God, for in due time he will exalt you. Lady Rubin is most grateful that the Lord has blessed her to serve in marriage for 33 years his God-man, Pastor and founder of New Jeremiah M. B. Church, Shulton Rubin I.
