Can you use instant yeast for making sugar wine?
me and my mother would like to make some very simple sugar wine.
we are a little strapped for cash so all we have is sugar, water and instant yeast.
will the instant yeast work just as good as regular?
and if it does will we need to use less of it then regular dry yeast because of its increased potency?
